Patas Movie Review: Every once in a while, our Tamil filmmakers come upon a forgotten or dying historical artwork and give you a film that makes it proud and brings it to public consciousness - even one Even for quick time. With Pattas, Durai Senthilkumar wants to do for Adimurai, very little is heard about traditional martial arts from Tamil Nadu, what Indians did for Vermakalai and 7aum Arivu did for Bodhi Dharman. This flashback is marred with drama, though surprisingly, flesh out a bit from this section, detailing the tragic flip of the friendship between Thirviam and Nilan, and the subsequent strained relationship with her father, a presentation by Nasser Adimurai, Durai Senthilkumar's writing is the material to deal with the extensive trauma that makes these scenes emotionally more than half as impressive. Need them to be, and really feel. However, there is an inherently high quality to them, amplified by Vivek-Marvin's porous rating.
However, the director spends an excessive amount of time on the Pattas-Sadhana monitor, which is not as comical as he wants to be. There is no such thing as chemistry between the 2 leads, in which Mehreen's skill is lifeless and Dhanush's youth is like a teenager. And even the parts that overshadow the film's huge revelations lack imprint. Even the drama that we associate with sporting activities is missing within the scenes of the film-style MMA competition, which the Leafs have created to deal with lacking opponents. After being strong in Kodi, it is a shock that Durai Senthilkumar went like his masculine Kaki Sattai and gave us this strap without any bang.
